Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • All canceled orders are eligible for store credit only.

  • No monetary refunds will be issued for canceled orders under any circumstances.

  • Store credit will be issued to your account within [3–5] business days of the cancellation request being approved.

  • Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Returns

We accept returns within [30] calendar days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads or e-products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

Store Credit

Store credit will be issued to customer account and can be used at checkout for any future purchase. It does not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at [sales@sturdymats.co.za]

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
